Thank you for purchasing The Queen Games. We want every customer to receive their book in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the book is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned book is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

• Books that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Requests made outside the return period
